I’m Sabrina, founder and CEO of Sabrina Marie. I began my career as a graphic designer, but after some time I stepped away from the design world to explore other interests. I soon realised I missed a creative outlet, and when I discovered a passion for makeup I enrolled in a course to become a professional makeup artist. I thoroughly enjoy makeup and the way it can boost someone’s confidence.

Over time I noticed how often people, especially women, rarely take the time to treat themselves. Self-care is one of the most important things anyone can do, yet as a mother of two boys I still found it difficult to carve out moments just for me. So I made a conscious effort to be creative again and to show others that it’s perfectly fine to take 5, 10 or even 30 minutes to put on makeup and feel renewed.

In 2020 I was approached by photographer Elle Bright, and in May 2022 I opened my own salon in Hereford.

In February 2022 I had the honour of working backstage with the Girl Meets Brush makeup team at London Fashion Week and still continue to work with them.

My goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel relaxed and confident; I don’t change anyone’s appearance, I simply enhance the beauty that’s already there and encourage the real woman to shine through.
